Do I need to open an online account?
No, you do not need to register an account to place an order.
Will my credit card information be secure?
Yes, it is. For all the online transactions, your credit and debit information are collected by a third party secure system (e.g. Paypal, 2Checkout). So, your payment details are protected by them, and it is safe to shop on-line at Oriental-Village.com!
Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification by email. Please verify your spam/junk folder or contact us if you haven't received them.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with credit/debit cards & eCheck through paypal, credit cards with 2Checkout, Visa & Mastercard over the phone, (canadian or international) money orders, and online email money transfers (interac). How can I check my order status and details?
To find out the status of your order, simply enter your order number in Your Order Status section and click on the "Check Status" button. If you don't know your order number, please check the email we have sent to you, or send us a message for help.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada and US starting from June 1, 2011.

Do you have a store?
Yes, our store is located at 6380 St-Hubert street (in St-Hubert Plaza), Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you live in Montreal, feel free to visit us. You may also reserve the items online and pick them up in our store. For store's hours, please go to Contact Us section.
Can I purchase online and pick up my order in store?
Yes, you can place an order online, and you pay when pick it up in store in montreal.
Is my order subject to sales tax?
For all Canadian buyers, GST (HST) and provincial taxes are already included in the online prices. There is no sales tax applied for U.S. & international buyers. However, we are not responsible for your country's imposed taxes and other charges (VAT). Normally, items under $200 shipped from Canada to U.S. are duty free.
How long does it take to receive my order?
After your payment is received or cleared, we will send out the items within 2 working days. For the transit time, depends on your destination, normally it takes 2 to 7 working days. Please refer Shipping section for more details.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Military (APO) and PO BOX address?
Yes, we do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Military (APO) and PO BOX address. These orders will be sent via USPS Regular or Priority Mail only.
How do you ship my order?
Depending where you are or which service you choose, we ship with UPS, Purolator, Canada Post and USPS.
What if I'm dissatisfied with an item I've bought?
At www.Oriental-Village.com, we want you to be satisfied with every product you buy from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days upon receipt. Shipping cost is non-refundable, and we are not responsible for the return shipping.
What if the item is damage?
In the unlikely case you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours, and we will replace it for you.
