Shipping Information
We ship to anywhere in the world with Canada Post (USPS), Purolator and UPS.
After your payment is received or cleared, we will prepare your order and ship it out within 2 working days.
To save on shipping charge, you may reserve the products online and pick them up in our store in Montreal. But, please wait for the pick-up notification email or call us before coming. For store's hours, please click here.
Estimated Transit Time
To U.S. destinations:
- Regular: 3-6 working days (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground)
- APO Address: 2-3 weeks
To Canada destinations:
- Regular: 2-7 working days (Canada Post, UPS or Purolator)
To International destinations:
- Express: 5-9 working days (UPS Worldwide Expedited)
* Working days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
U.S. buyers please keep in mind that, it may take longer than the expected time via regular mailing service, due to custom holds up.
International buyers please email us for a more accurate delivery time and shipping charge. Please expect a much higher shipping fee than U.S. (Send Us a Message)
Insurance and hanging fee are included for all the shipments (Some exceptions apply).
Shipping Costs
To find out the shipping fee to your destination, please add the item into the cart. Then, select the shipment method. If you are in Canada, you need to enter your postal code. The shipping rate will automatically calculated.

Taxes
GST (HST) and provincial taxes are already included in the prices for Canadian residents.
No sales tax applied for U.S. & international buyers.
However, we are not responsible for your country's imposed taxes and other charges (VAT). Normally, items under $200 shipped from Canada to U.S. are duty free.
